We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All products are carefully handmade and due to the nature of the curing process each soap will vary slightly in colour and texture. If you have any questions or concerns about our products please do not hesitate to contact us on info@noandcostudios.com before your purchase online.

We have a return and refund policy in place if you would like to return your item. Items must be unused and undamaged to be applicable for a refund, please contact within 5 days of purchase and must be received within 10 days. you will be responsible for the freight cost to return your item unless it arrived faulty or damaged.
